KOZHIKODE: For those who are fed up with the typical ghee dosa or the masala dosa, here is an opportunity to savour 60 varieties of them. The Kovilakom Residency is conducting a food fest with 60 varieties of dosa. Besides the typical plain, ghee, masala, paper and uthappam, they have a wide array of dosas such as chilli garlic basin ka dosa, dragon chicken wrap wheat dosa, manchurian veg dosa, Kovilakom special dosa, pizza dosa, Chettinadu masala dosa, coconut uthappam, neer dosa, green gram dosa, paella dosa, which is a mix of Spanish seafood with masala dosa, Hyderabadi masala chicken dosa, kuttu ka dosa made of horse gram, Shangai dosa and ragi masala dosa, to name a few.
The dosas are priced from `50 to `110. The fest will be held from October 17 to 20 from 4 pm to 10 pm.
