THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government will appeal against the recent High Court verdict making helmets compulsory for pillion riders on two wheelers, Transport Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan said in the Assembly on Monday. In September, the Kerala High Court issued directions making helmets compulsory for pillion riders also.
