KOCHI: More than 140 delegates including 124 sportspersons and 16 team officials arrived here for the badminton and fencing competitions beginning on February 9. Badminton will be held at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium. Kerala boasts the highest number of fencing officials, 12 in each men and women categories. Haryana has the least number of fencers, just two. Four delegates from Jharkhand, nine from J&K and five from Delhi have arrived.
