Five Malayalees Killed in Accident at Saudi

The accident happened on Wednesday evening while they returning after the worksite to residing place  at Damam in a truck.

ALAPPUZHA: Five Malayalees killed in Saudi Arabia in an accident on Wednesday. The diseased have been identified as Nuhman 35, son of  Iqubal, Puthenveetil house, Zakaria Ward, Alappuzha Municipality, Kollam natives Sivakumar and Thulasi, Thiruvanamthapuram natives Raveendran and Santhosh were died in the accident.

The accident happened on Wednesday evening while they returning after the worksite to residing place  at Damam in a truck.  A container lorry was rammed into the  truck in which they were travelling at  Suhaib,  a border village of UAE. All are died on the spot, said relatives. One Malayali was injured seriously and admitted to a hospital at Damam.

The diseases  persons were working in the company Ali bin Kashif . Relatives of Nuhman said that they contacted the embassy to brought the dead boy to native place.

He is survived by mother Aarifa and wife Haseena.
