PATHANAMTHITTA:  The eight-day 104th Ayroor-Cherukolppuzha Hindu convention began on the sand-bed of Pampa river at Ayroor Vidhyadhiraja Nagar on Sunday. Inaugurating the convention, Mahamandaleswar Swami Divyananda Saraswathi of Rishikesh Kalasa Ashramam called for reaching out to the God for attaining the ultimate goal of solitude.

“People should live with it and achieve the ultimate goal of Moksha through self-realisation and surrender before the God,” Swami Divyananda said. “People should surrender before the God without any pre-condition and pure and with open mind,” the seer said. “Every object in the world have the right to live and people should realise the worldly truth,” Swami Divyananda said.

“People should understand the feelings of others and offer help to the needy,” the seer said.
