One more held for cyberbullying Hanan

Earlier, the police had arrested Guruvayur native K Viswanathan aka Viswan Cherai in connection with the online hate campaign against Hanan.

KOCHI:The Kochi city police on Monday arrested one more person in connection with the cyberbullying of Hanan Hamid, a college student who made headlines for selling fish in Thammanam after college hours.
Siyad, a native of Kollam, is the arrested, according to officers. The police had earlier collected the screenshots of the abusive comments made by him against Hanan.

Earlier, the police had arrested Guruvayur native K Viswanathan aka Viswan Cherai in connection with the online hate campaign against Hanan. Besides, they had also interrogated a person named Nooruddin Sheikh, who allegedly posted a video against the girl on his Facebook page.

Though several persons, who had been part of the hate campaign against Hanan, later deleted their abusive comments, the cops have managed to collect screenshots of many of them.
