Raju Narayana Swamy to get Satyendra K Dubey Award

KOCHI: Raju Narayana Swamy IAS has been chosen for this year’s Satyendra K Dubey Memorial Award for his professional integrity to uphold human value. 

SKD Memorial Award of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) is instituted in memory of Satyendra K Dubey (BT/CE/1994) and his exemplary life and supreme sacrifice. The award is given to an alumnus of any IIT who has distinguished himself/herself by displaying highest professional integrity for upholding human value. 

Raju Narayana Swamy is now chairman of the Coconut Development Board, Kochi. 

In a letter to Swamy, IITK director Abhay Karandikar said: “We feel proud of your achievements and are confident that you will continue to excel in all the endeavours you will undertake in future too,” he said.The award will be presented to him on November 2, the Institute Foundation Day, at a function to be held at IIT Kanpur.
