THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sunil C Kurian, 50, chairman of the Red Cross Kerala and state secretariat member of the CMP, died here on Saturday. He was undergoing treatment at a city hospital for post-liver transplant issues.
Sunil joined the CMP in May last year. Sunil was earlier a firebrand SFI leader who was elected Kerala University (KU) Union chairman.
Dancer Neena Prasad is his wife. The body will be kept at his Murinjapalam residence from 9 am to 11 am on Sunday and then at the CMP office till noon.
