BHUBANESWAR: The High Court has squashed the false affidavit case against Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader Sanjay Dasburma. President of the Bramhagiri Congress Pramod Kumar Pradhan had filed a complaint against Dasburma for filing false affidavit with the Election Commission and the Puri sub-collector while filing nomination papers for the 2004 Assembly elections.
The BJD leader had challenged the case in the High Court.
