BHUBANESWAR: The Tarang channel of OTV has just started a reality show ‘Best Of Odisha’, exactly on the format of Colors’ India’s Got Talent. Participants from nook and cranny of the state have gathered on one platform to perform and show their talent to the audience. The participants from 15 different cities have been screened/selected through auditions.
This is the first time that an Oriya entertainment channel is staging a reality show, based on dance, music, martial art and magic, bringing to fore talented artists who present rarest of rare slices of art and culture of the state. With an entertaining format of presentation, the show is being aired on the channel every Friday and Saturday at 9 pm.
The winner will be selected by judges and audiences through voting system and would get Rs one lakh as prize money along with a memento titled “Best of Odisha”.
Co-hosted by Sanu Rath and Pupinder Singh, the programme is being judged by veteran artist Bijoy Mohanty and Kuna Tripathy.
This entertainment channel of OTV which shot to fame with its mega serials Debi, Bohu, Jeebana Jamunare Juara Uthere, Topae Sindura along with the mega serial on Lord Shri Jagannath, is expected to do well through this serial with support from viewers.
