BHUBANESWAR: Finance Minister Prafulla Chandra Ghadei on Monday released Chittaranjan Dash’s book ‘Resource Mobilisation through SHGs in Urban Villages’ here.
Dash is Deputy Director with Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management (MDRAFM) here. Ghadei talked about how SHGs are helpful in eradicating poverty and other social evils. Development Commissioner RN Senapati emphasised on resource mobilisation in bringing about a social change.
