A Bhubaneswar-bound passenger bus overturned near Patrapada on Sunday evening, leaving close to 20 persons injured. Three of them are stated to be serious.
The mishap occurred when the driver was trying to negotiate a cow which suddenly ran across the road. Police said, the bus hit
the animal and overturned after the driver applied brakes.
The bus was coming from Nayagarh. The incident occurred at around 8.30 pm. The injured were rushed to the Capital Hospital and other private hospitals of the City.
