The Trident, Bhubaneswar, has decided to treat its guests the sumptuous way this Christmas and New Year. The 5-star luxury business hotel has planned a traditional yet elaborate buffet on X-Mas eve while for the New Year eve, it is bringing cuisines from all over the globe on a platter.
As part of the Christmas celebrations, the buffet in the hotel will offer a variety of mouth-watering dishes that would range from roast turkey with cranberry juice to apple streusel and bouche de noel (traditional desserts) with homemade plum puddings and candies. The entire experience will be priced at ` 2500 plus taxes per person and would include unlimited refills of wines and homemade mulled wine.
On the other hand, for the New Year eve celebrations, the hotel plans to bring the entire world on a plate. The extensive feast would include a variety of international cuisine that would range from the Mediterranean Mezee platter to the Caribbean Jerk Spice Chicken, Asian Stir Fries to the Japanese Sushi and even the contemporary Indian which would include an array of dishes from the north-east. The entire experience will be priced at ` 3000 plus taxes per person including unlimited spirits.
