Tabla Player Dillip Kumar Pani Felicitated

Dillip Kumar Pani, who bagged first position in the State-level tabla competition organised by the State Sports and Youth Service Academy during the 19th State Youth Festival held at Bhubaneswar on December 23 was felicitated at a function in the town.

Dillip Kumar Pani, who bagged first position in the State-level tabla competition organised by the State Sports and Youth Service Academy during the 19th State Youth Festival held at Bhubaneswar on December 23 was felicitated at a function in the town. He would represent the State in the national competition.

Pani's Solo performance earned him a place in the music arena of the State. Pani, who hails from a potter family of Tikarpada, Kumhar Sahi, Puri, studied at Lingaraj Kala Niketan in the town. He also passed Sangeeta Bhaskar Examination in first division.

The felicitation function was chaired by District Sports and Culture Officer Rabinarayan Senapati. Many music lovers were present.
