BHUBANESWAR: The Election Commission of India has made elaborate arrangements for counting of votes for Kandhamal by-election scheduled for Sunday.
Counting will be taken up at Phulbani, Baliguda, Boudh, Bhanjanagar and Nayagarh. Counting of postal votes would be taken up first, after which counting of votes cast on Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) would begin.
