State Submits Utilisation Certificate of Rs 259 Cr to Centre

BHUBANESWAR: Utilisation certificate of `259.5 crore has been submitted to the Centre by State Government under the Revised Long Term Action Plan from 1998-99 to 2013-14. Centre had allotted 386.7 crore to the State Government under the scheme.
