Express News Service

BHUBANESWAR: A city-based builder was arrested by the CBI on Monday on charges of circulating obscene MMS of a woman who was employed as a receptionist in his firm.

The accused, Kalia Sahu, was arrested from Phulnakhara on outskirts of the Capital after his mobile was kept on surveillance for over a month. The incident dates back to 2010 when Sahu allegedly developed physical relationship with the woman and filmed the act in his mobile phone.

Though a case was registered at Saheed Nagar police station in this connection, police were unable to arrest the accused. An NGO had approached the Supreme Court in this matter following which the apex court directed the Central agency to take up the case.
