Designers' carnival held in Puducherry

The first ever Inklink-DAM (Design, Arts, Music) carnival organised here, made available an opportunity to designers, artists, musicians and creative minds to assemble on a common platform.

The fest, conceptualised by a well known mentor and design curator Professor Kaustav Sengupta, from National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai, is built around the concept of nourishing creativity in individuals through creative knowledge sharing, heritage crafts, culture and indigenous creative practices.

The carnival aimed at providing a launch pad for the Gen-Next designers and artists. Tourism Minister P Rajavelu visited the venue near Bommiyarpalayam.
