Madurai district court on Wednesday attached properties of Pandi alias ‘Attack’ Pandi after the city police submitted the property survey report here.
As ‘Attack’ Pandi failed to appear before the court, Judicial Magistrate Court IV gave the order to attach his properties. The same was informed to Collector to ensure ‘freezing’ of properties, which cannot be sold or pledged without court’s knowledge, said police sources.
‘Attack’ Pandi was the main accused in the murder case of ‘Pottu’ Suresh. Earlier, the Madurai district court listed him as a wanted accused after the city police submitted reports.
