A Special bench of the Karnataka High Court will hear the bail application of AIADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa on Wednesday.
Earlier the court had adjourned the bail plea hearing to October 6.
Jayalalithaa, who was found guilty and sentenced to 4 years imprisonment in a disproportionate assets case, had sought immediate bail and challenged her sentence.
The former Tamil Nadu chief minister had maintained that the charges of amassing wealth against her were false and that she had acquired property through legal means.
