Rs 25K Hard Disks Stolen from Shop

COIMBATORE:Around seven numbers of computer accessories and hard disks worth around `25,000 were reportedly stolen from a store in Arunachalam Road, RS Puram, on Thursday night. The burglars are reported to have entered the shop by breaking open a window and had stolen the items. Based on a complaint by a store official, the RS Puram police registered a case under Sections 380 (theft in dwelling house) and 457 (lurking house-trespass or house-breakin) of the IPC. Investigations are on.
