HYDERABAD: The first plenary of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), scheduled to be held on October 18 and 19 in the city, had been postponed again. The TRS leadership planned to hold the plenary in the city to send a message to the party cadre and leaders to take the government’s schemes to the people at village level effectively. In the wake of Hudhud the party has postponed the plenary to Oct 18 & 19.
