HYDERABAD: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has directed collectors in all districts to initiate steps for proper care of saplings planted as part of Haritha Haaram drive. “Prepare plans for protection of saplings planted in your districts,” the Chief Minister told district collectors on Friday.
As per the directions of the Chief Minister, Rajiv Sharma later issued a memo to all the collectors directing them to prepare plans for watering the saplings during dry spell days. Rajiv Sharma said he would conduct weekly video conference to monitor the protection of saplings planted under Haritha Haaram.
