MANCHERIAL:SC/ST atrocities case have been registered against no less than five TRS leaders.
Cases were also registered against other TRS leaders – P Srinivas Rao, C Rajamouli Goud, B Kankiah, C Sadanand and E Tirupathi Reddy on the basis of the complainant by Avunuri Suman in a land dispute.
The above five people then registered cases on Suman’s father Shankariah, alleging conspiracy. They questioned the SI on how land was registered on March 8. They even alleged that their documents were fake. They alleged that SI had abused them and aimed a pistol and forcibly taken their signatures on empty Bond paper.
Suman, son of Shankariah filed a complaint in the Mandamarry police station aganist the five people, alleging that they used foul language against him.
According to police, Ponguneti Srinivas and Shahjahan Begum forged documents in false names to register lands on February 9. They sold 194 acres of land to three Solar companies and on February 13 and implemented pattas to them. Suman also said that on February 22, his father Avuneri Shankariah, a Singerani worker purchased 37.25 acres of land in Mandamarry.
‘Wanted to grow mangoes’
Shankariah said he wanted to grow mangoes on 10 acres of the land but itwas occupied by the solar co management and it began work, ruining his plan.
