HYDERABAD: The High Court on Monday made it clear to the Telangana government and the State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) that the appointments to the posts of trained graduate teachers (TGT) in Gurukul educational institutions were subject to the final orders of the court.
Justice A Rajasheker Reddy passed this interim order on a petition filed by K Srinu and 71 others complaining that the authorities concerned were not following the rule of reservation in TGT appointments. While adjourning the case by three weeks, the judge directed the government and the commission to file detailed counter affidavits.
