HYDERABAD: Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) lawmakers from erstwhile united Nalgonda district on Monday threw a challenge to the Congress: TPCC chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Leader of Opposition K Jana Reddy and former minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, who all belong to the same district, should together address press meets henceforth.

“It’s an open secret that the three leaders don’t see eye to eye. They have never jointly attended any meeting. Likewise, the trio did not address any press meet side by side. But, as elections are approaching, they have started fearing about Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. As they are afraid of CM KCR’s clout among people with development work and welfare schemes,  the three leaders on Sunday took part in a Congress meeting held in Nalgonda and cast aspersions on KCR,” energy minister G Jagadish Reddy, Bhuvanagiri MLA P Shekhar Reddy, Miryalaguda MLA N Bhaskar Rao and others criticised. The TRS lawmakers predicted that none of the three Congress leaders would win the ensuing Assembly polls.
