HYDERABAD: Balladeer Gadar is yet to decide on whether to contest on a ticket offered by a political party or as an Independent candidate in the coming Assembly elections.On Thursday, Gadar enrolled his name in the electoral rolls in Toopran, sparking rumours that he would stand as an Independent candidate.
