Four more officials shifted from RK Nagar, this time senior cops

CHENNAI: The Election Commission of India ordered the transfer of four more officials from RK Nagar, this time police officers in the rank of Assistant Commissioners, following complaints from opposition parties. Transferred officers: Washermenpet Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) K Anand Kumar, Thiruvottiyur ACP N Kumar, Royapuram ACP P Stephen and MKB Nagar ACP C Jaya singh. The following officers will take additional charge: R Arnold Easter (Washermenpet), R Vimalan (Thiruvottiyur), A Subbarayan (MKB Nagar) and K Chandrasekar (Royapuram).
