CHENNAI: AIADMK (Amma) candidate T T V Dhinakaran on Friday charged that the I-T raids on the residence and other places of Health Minister C Vijaya Basker were aimed at stalling the by-election and the timing of the raids had proved that point. “Can’t they conduct these raids just after the polls or later?” he said.
