STR to compose music for Santhanam’s film

K’town has seen music directors like GV Prakash, Vijay Antony and Siddharth Vipin taking up acting. Now a leading actor has decided to do the role-reversal.

Simbu has crooned many hit songs, but this is the first time he is turning into a music composer. Yes, he’s taking the plunge as a music director with the Santhanam-starrer Sakka Podu Podu Raja.

Santhanam wrote on Twitter, “It’s my godfather and wonderful human being Simbu, who is going to compose music for first time for Sakka Podu...” He added he feels blessed and grateful to have Simbu on board.
