PATNA: Bihar’s politicians seem to be the most scared in India. The state has the largest number of VIPs in the country who are provided security cover at public expense. The Nitish Kumar government picks up the bill for the safety of 3,030 ministers, legislators, public committee members, businessmen and contractors with political clout.
