Journalism course medal winners

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Athira Haridas has bagged the Sukumaran smaraka gold medal for securing the highest marks in reporting, the K M Cherian memorial gold medal for highest marks in editing and the N Kesavan Nair memorial cash award for the best writer based on the total marks scored in reporting and editing papers in the PG diploma in journalism examinations conducted by the Institute of Journalism of Press Club. The Krishna Mohan memorial gold medal for the student who scores the highest aggregate marks and the K C John Memorial cash award for the  best writer (English) was bagged by Sukanya Shaji of Ernakulam.

Georgi Mathen Nainan got the A K Bhaskar memorial cash award for the student who scores the highest marks in the practical examination. The K C John memorial cash award for the best writer (Malayalam) was bagged by Arun S Kaimal.
