Speaking to media, Kerala MP Shashi Tharoor, strongly condemned the state government's inaction on the Justice K Hema Committee Report. The report was made public on August 19 after nearly five years. The three-member committee of a retired HC judge, a former bureaucrat, a senior artist submitted the report that highlights grave issues like rampant sexual harassment, pay disparities, inadequate facilities and safety for women at a workplace.
