RG Kar rape-murder victim's mother and the BJP candidate Ratna Debnath cast her vote in West Bengal's Sodepur. She is running from Panihati constituency in North 24 Parganas district. Ratna is confident that the people of Bengal will vote for regime change. She said women's safety will be her top priority if she wins the seat. Ratna alleged that the law and order had worsened under CM Mamata Banerjee.
