Drivers of Uber, Ola, Rapido go on nationwide strike

Riding app drivers of companies such as Uber, Ola, and Rapido, went on a nationwide strike on February 7. The mobility apps are pressing for a variety of demands, including action against arbitrary fare policies, illegal bike taxi services, and the redressal of grievances related to panic button installations. Most autorickshaw and taxi drivers joined the strike.
