A series of blasts in a fireworks factory in Virudhu Nagar district of Tamil Nadu flattened the warehouse and damaged nearby homes. Fire tenders from Sattur and Sivakasi rushed to the site. Virudhunagar district is known for its fireworks industry. The blast is another in a slew of such cases in the district.
