Supreme Court allows Wangchuk’s wife to amend petition, posts plea to October 29

The Supreme Court allowed Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk's wife, Gitanjali J Angmo, to amend her habeas corpus plea challenging his detention following the Leh riots, after receiving the grounds of arrest, on October 15.
