A Kerala teen girl was found dead in Thodiyapulam in an isolated forest near a railway track on January 16. A missing police complaint was filed by her mother after she did return from school pn Thursday. Her body was spotted with injuries on Friday afternoon, leading to the police suspect a murder. A minor boy reportedly close to the victim was taken into custody. An investigation is underway, following which the body will be sent for post-mortem.
