Karnataka minister Priyank Kharge on return of ballot paper in upcoming Bengaluru civic polls

Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge remarks on the decision of the State Election Commission to revert to ballot papers in the upcoming Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) elections. Karnataka Chief Election Commissioner G.S. Sangreshi made the announcement on January 19. The IT capital will have the civic polls after May this year. The last elections that were held in August 2015 used Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).
