FIFA World Cup: Japanese fans win hearts for cleaning up stadium

On November 23, Japan's stunning 2-1 victory over Germany left football fans in a state of joyous disbelief. However, it wasn't just the overwhelming victory that attracted attention; In Qatar, Japan fans are being praised for an off-field custom that seems to be unique to Japan. Japanese fans were seen picking up garbage and cleaning up stadiums after the match. This isn't the first time Japanese fans have pitched in to help stadium workers.
