World War II- era ‘Earthquake Bomb’ explodes in Poland

The biggest #WorldWarII bomb ever found in #Poland exploded underwater on October 13 as navy divers tried to defuse it. The device -- nicknamed "Tallboy" and also known as an "earthquake bomb" -- was dropped by Britain’s Royal Air Force (RAF) in an attack on a Nazi warship in 1945.
