Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa's residence taken over by protesters, crisis worsens

Sri Lanka's President Gotabaya Rajapaksa was escorted to safety shortly before protesters, angered by an unprecedented economic crisis, stormed and overran the compound of his official residence.
