US President Donald Trump has drawn sharp criticism after sharing an AI-generated image portraying himself as Jesus Christ. Trump defended the post, claiming it symbolised him as a “doctor” supporting the Red Cross. However, Christian groups across the US called the move inappropriate, saying he had “gone overboard” and expressing disappointment
