Pakistan bombed multiple cities in Afghanistan, including Kabul, on February 27. At least three explosions were reported in the capital city on Friday. Pakistani officials claimed to have hit Afghan military facilities in Kabul, Kandahar, and Paktia. There is no information on the number of casualties so far. Afghan forces attacked Pakistani border troops on Thursday night. Tensions between the two neighbours have been escalating for months since October 2025.
