VIJAYAWADA: The Amaravati Eye Hospital will organise a free eye check-up camp for diabetic patients from November 14 to 20 on the occasion of World Diabetes Day (November 14) at the hospital premises near Pushpa Hotel Centre here.
In a statement here on Saturday, Dr. Venu Nadella and Dr. Sailaja Kethineni said apart from free eye test for diabetic patients, the hospital will also perform surgeries on patients at subsidised costs.
Dr. Sailaja said the move was aimed at providing the best eye care for the needy and asked the patients to avail the opportunity.
