NEW YORK: U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that his immigration policy is going to save 'countless American lives’ as immigration officials are finding drug dealers and criminals and 'throwing them the hell out of' the country’.

According to Fox News, Trump made the remarks while addressing the Conservative Political Action Conference on Friday.

Trump on putting America first said that there is no such thing as a 'global flag.'

“I'm not representing the globe. I'm representing your country,” he said.

Earlier in the week, following through on Trump's promise of tightening the borders and putting a stop to illegal immigration, the United States administration announced new directives under which undocumented migrants will be an enforcement priority, however, insisting the measures are not intended to produce "mass deportations."

Under the new directives, ehe Secretary of Homeland Security is to hire an additional 5,000 border agents and to empower state and local law enforcement to support federal enforcement of immigration law.

At the platform Trump also vowed to 'protect the Second Amendment' which reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

He added, “We are going to keep radical Islamic terrorists the hell out of our country.”
