Three security personnel among seven injured in Pakistan blast

PESHAWAR: Seven persons, including three security personnel, were injured today when a roadside explosive device went off near their vehicle in Pakistan's northwestern Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, officials said.

The explosive planted in a motorcycle parked along the road in Bannu district exploded as the vehicle of the security personnel came close to it, they said.

Seven persons, including three security personnel, were injured in the blast, they added.

The forces immediately cordoned off the area and started search operation.
