Indian Cabinet Approves MoU With Seychelles on Renewable Energy

NEW DELHI: The union cabinet on Wednesday approved a memorandum of understanding (MoU) inked with Seychelles on renewable energy cooperation during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Seychelles.

"The objective of the MoU is to strengthen, promote and develop renewable energy cooperation between the two countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit," a statement said.

The MoU, inked in March, will help to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the field of renewable energy.
