BMTC to run extra buses for IPL match tomorrow

BENGALURU: In connection with an IPL match at Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday, BMTC will operate extra buses to facilitate cricket fans travelling to the stadium from different parts of the city.

A press release stated that BMTC will operate additional buses from 5pm to 12am. It will operate in routes including SBS-1K (Shivajinagar-Kadugodi bus stand), G-2 (Mayo Hall-Sarjapur), G-3 (Brigade Road-Electronic City), G-4 (Brigade Road-Bannerghatta National Park), G-6 (Chinnaswamy Stadium-Kengeri, KHB Quarters), G-7 (BRV Parade Grounds-Janapriya Township), G-8 (MG Road Metro station-Nelamangala), G-9 (MG Road Metro station-Yelahanka 5th Phase), G-10 (BRV Parade Grounds-RK Hegade Nagar), G-11 (MG Road Metro station-Bagalur) and G-12 (Mayo Hall-Hosakote).

Bengaluru Traffic Police has facilitated parking spaces for people coming for the IPL match at St Joseph’s Indian School Ground, St Joseph’s School (Museum Road), St Mark’s Cathedral Church, BRV Ground and Bowring Institute.
