CHENNAI: Voltech Private Limited, a leader in the field of electrical service providers, on Sunday, signed two memoranda of understanding (MoUs), one with Mohawarean International Group, headquartered at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and another with Almadaen, headquartered at Doha, Qatar, as part of the company’s 15th year celebrations in the city.

Khalid Al-Jumaid, Group Senior Vice-President, Mohawarean International Group, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Turki Abdullah Zaid Al Mahmoud, Board of Director, Almadaen, Doha, Qatar, signed the respective MoUs and exchanged them with M Umapathi, Managing Director, Voltech Group, at a function here.

As a result of the two MoUs, it is expected that more than 1,000 electrical engineers and 2,000 technicians will get job opportunities in the power and gas and oil sector in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, Umapathi told a media gathering at the MoU signing ceremony

“In India, the company offered electrical services to Koodankulam nuclear project, besides power project services to international airports in Delhi, NTPC, L & T, and a large number of power sub-stations across the country,’’ Umapathi noted.
